We ship UPS. We use UPS as our primary shipper. Unfortunately UPS can not deliver items to a P.O. Box.
What is your returns and refund policy?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct item, If you need to return the item contact us by e-mail and include the reason that you wish to return the item. Returns must be packaged in the original packaging and not being used. Refunds will be given minus any shipping cost.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, just email us for a return authorization and then return it within 7 days and get a full refund (less shipping and handling and a $30.00 restocking fee). Clearance items, Red Tag Sale items, Super Blow Out Sale items, are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.

What are the procedures after I have placed my order?
1.) When we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If you don't receive a confirmation email then your order process wasn't completed.

We accept check, money order, and Paypal. Payment is expected at the time of your order. All checks are held 5 to 7 business days before shipping an order. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. We do not accept COD orders. All orders must be prepaid.
